Open House Estate Agents are a national network of local agents with over 100 branches. The previous site was built on a rigid WordPress template that was cumbersome to update. Open House wanted a fresh and modern site to augment their new position as a serious player in the hybrid estate agency market.

Open House has a unique branding thanks to their bold pink colour. Taking this into consideration, OAK Web redesigned the site, presenting a fresh, sharp, modern site, with striking image banners.
Automatic upload of properties is achieved with an API which fetches BLM data from Rightmove. This takes away the administrative burden of manually uploading properties, saving loads of time.
Backed by one of the most versatile property management engine, properties on sale and let are aesthetically displayed in a manner that’s easy for users to navigate, view more details and contact the respective agent directly.

With over 100 agents and hundreds of properties on display, it was important to associate agents correctly to their respective properties. Searching for those agents based on their post-code coverage.
Using Ajax filtering, a customisable Agent Search system was provided making it easy for potential buyers / tenants to find properties.
